These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website at hoodburger.com.au (the "Site"), operated by Hoodburger PtyLtd (ABN 71 653 710 153) ("Hoodburger", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don'tuse the Site.

1. About this Site

The Site provides information about Hoodburger (menu, venues, news) and links you to third-party platforms to order (e.g. Bopple for pickup, DoorDash for delivery) and to join our loyalty programme. We do not currently sell or process payments directly through the Site.

2. Ordering & payments (third-party platforms)

Orders and payments are made through third-party platforms (such as Bopple and DoorDash), not on the Site. Those transactions are governed by the relevant platform's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation, content, pricing, fulfilment or policies of third-party platforms.

3. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and platforms. We provide these for convenience only and do not endorse or accept responsibility for their content or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

4. Menu, pricing & availability

Menu items, pricing, promotions and availability shown on the Site are indicative, may differ by venue and channel, and may change without notice. Pricing and availability at the point of order (in-venue or via an ordering platform) prevail.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Hoodburger name and logo, text, images, branding and design — is owned by or licensed to Hoodburger and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use it without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully, to interfere with its operation or security, to misuse content, or to attempt unauthorised access to any systems.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under theAustralian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded.
